What you need to know

At KIS Homeschool, we are dedicated to providing students with a personalized and customized education. In order to ensure the smooth progression of the student's ​curriculum, our policies and refunds clearly define the respective responsibilities of the KIS Homeschool and our students.

What is the KIS Homeschool Enrollment AGREEMENT?

The KIS Homeschool Enrollment Agreement is intended to make the relationship with our families clear, and to set forth the policies that govern the relationship. KIS Homeschool partners with you to provide educational services and support for each of our students. Your payment provides you with enrollment in the school, access to all the apps and teacher services. Your fees pay for the administrative services, ongoing customer support services and education support services including data evaluation and curriculum development. The KIS Homeschool Enrollment Agreement is signed after a student is admitted to our school.

What if my child DOES NOT MEET YOUR ENROLLMENT CRITERIA?

If a student does not meet the enrollment criteria, you may elect to receive 100% of your application fee refunded. Once you receive notification that your child does not meet the criteria just notify us and we will process your refund.

What if my child IS PLACED ON A WAIT LIST FOR ENROLLMENT?

If a student is placed on a wait list, you may elect to whether you wish to remain on the waitlist or not. However,  your application fee is non refundable. Once you receive notification that your child has been placed on a wait list,  just notify us if you wish to remove them from the list.

What if my child needs to withdraw from school?

Due to the huge effort that goes into creating the initial customized curriculum and the value of the training we provide you, we are unable to offer a refund.​

If a student's request to withdraw occurs after enrollment, no refund is available and all unpaid balances are due immediately.

Please not that your application fee is also non refundable.

What if my child needs to change their curriculum?

We expect your child to continuously change their curriculum. There is no charge for adding or dropping a course.

WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD?

Each student that is enrolled, must be enrolled for a minimum of 1 year.  It is hard work to make a student succeed. We prefer not to enroll parents who keep looking for the next best thing. There is no substitute for hard work and there are no magic pills. This is a strictly enforced policy and there are no exceptions to this policy.

What is your extension policy?

KIS Homeschool does not operate like a regular school and there are no start and end dates to a course. As long as the student is enrolled, they are able to continue studying any course, as they are all available all the time.

can my child continue using the apps after they withdraw?

The apps are considered part of the curriculum and training material used in a course and are only available to students who are enrolled. Once a student withdraws, the user name and password associated with their account will be deleted and all access will be removed.
